"Letting go of the past to be free for the future"

SCRIPTURE
Luke 13:31-33 When the Day arrives and you're out working in the yard, don't run into the house to get anything. And if you're out in the field, don't go back and get your coat. Remember what happened to Lot's wife! If you grasp and cling to life on your terms, you'll lose it, but if you let that life go, you'll get life on God's terms.

OBSERVATION
God calls me to move forward; and in turn He desires for me to look ahead and not want to hold on to things in the past. It's ok to deal with things in the past, but it's a momentarily action. Holding to the past will only hold me back and keep me from following Jesus fully. Running with Him means being free from the past.

APPLICATION
In every day to ask God and look at anything that would hinder me in the future. Letting go and moving forward.

PRAYER
Thank You Lord that You have a unique plan and purpose for my life. Thank You Lord that You desire for me to run with You. Thank You God that You open up Your arms and allow me to have the honor to be a part in Your plan. Lord free me today from anything that would hinder me from fully surrendering to You; and help me to be freely walk with You! In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
