"During dry times God promises to provide uplifting for my heart and soul"
SCRIPTURE
Psalms 3: 3-6 But you, God, shield me on all sides; You ground my feet, you lift my head high; With all my might I shout up to God, His answers thunder from the holy mountain. I stretch myself out. I sleep. Then I'm up again—rested, tall and steady, fearless before the enemy mobs coming at me from all sides.
OBSERVATION
There is many times that I find myself tired and not inspired. What to do? I realize that I made out of body, soul and spirit and that all those need to be cared for. BUT I also realize that God says in this scripture that He will ground my feet, lift my head high, give me rest and fearless I will stand before the enemy mobs.
APPLICATION
I need God's help in all things and in all times. I don't have it all put together. During times when I sense His presence and during times I "feel" not so inspired He promises me to lift my head up high so that I can praise Him.
PRAYER
God, thank You for Your promises today. God I ask Your help during all seasons of my life that I would find my rest and inspiration in You. Teach me during busy seasons, when I feel drained, Your wisdom to find the living water from You. God, thank You that You always take care of me. You took care of the Israelites in the dessert. You gave them Manna and Water. Thank You Lord that You do that for me to. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
