Overwhelmed?

"Ready to do as He says"

SCRIPTURE
Acts 10:34-36 Peter fairly exploded with his good news: "It's God's own truth, nothing could be plainer: God plays no favorites! It makes no difference who you are or where you're from—if you want God and are ready to do as he says, the door is open. The Message he sent to the children of Israel—that through Jesus Christ everything is being put together again—well, he's doing it everywhere, among everyone.

OBSERVATION
God is willing! All He needs is my heart to be open and willing to what He says. I don't need to have it figured out. He has the whole world in His hands. He has a destiny and a purpose for me. When I wait on the Lord, He shall renew my strength.

APPLICATION
GUARD my time with Him!!!! When I get overwhelmed, stop and know that He has a plan and I can ask Him to lead me. Sometimes being overwhelmed can mean God is wanting to expand me, but other times it can mean I'm running ahead trying to do it in my strength. Stop and see the truth!

PRAYER
Lord You are so beautiful and faithful. I thank You for today's word. Thank You for Your encouragement. Help me to hear when I'm overwhelmed what You are saying. I trust You to know the answer. Help me to hear! In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
