"My mind, my heart!"

SCRIPTURE
Matt 12:34-37 "You have minds like a snake pit! How do you suppose what you say is worth anything when you are so foul-minded? It's your heart, not the dictionary, that gives meaning to your words. A good person produces good deeds and words season after season. An evil person is a blight on the orchard. Let me tell you something: Every one of these careless words is going to come back to haunt you. There will be a time of Reckoning. Words are powerful; take them seriously. Words can be your salvation. Words can also be your damnation."

OBSERVATION
To watch over my thoughts and my heart during every season of life is extremely important. What are my words? Words are powerful, it can bring life and it can bring death.

APPLICATION
This is a reminder to me that I need to watch over my thoughts and let God search my heart every day!

PRAYER
Lord, thank You for Your Word. God I ask that You would help me watch over my thoughts and that you would search my heart. Lord I ask for Your grace and guidance today! We need Your help in all that we do and keep us strong and peaceful during this season! In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
