“Only You can satisfy!”

READ: Ex. 3-5; Luke 22

Topic: spending time with God

SCRIPTURE:
Ex 3:1-2 “Moses was shepherding the flock of Jethro, his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. He led the flock to the west end of the wilderness and came to the mountain of God, Horeb. The angel of God appeared to him in flames of fire blazing out of the middle of a bush. He looked. The bush was blazing away but it didn't burn up.”

OBSERVATION:
The bush doesn’t burn up! God’s presence – His awesomeness never burns up! Always there waiting for me! All I need to do is come! God is longing for me – to be in His presence! What an amazing God that He would desire for ME to be in His presence? Only with Him I can find true joy, strength and to HEAR HIS VOICE. To know Him! And to SHARE Him!

APPLICATION:
Go to the bush!

PRAYER:
“Lord forgive me for not turning to the bush of Your presence. I pray that You would lead me to Your presence! I pray that You would be tangible and real in my life. I look at Carlos preaching on Sunday and I could see God’s tangibility on His face and I desire to have that so that men will be drawn to desire You! I thank You Lord for Your grace, but I ask forgiveness for taking You for granted. I ask forgiveness for running away! I don’t know why I do that! But I pray that I would look pass that and truly seek YOU! I long to know You Lord, to walk with You. To be carried and loved by You. I pray cover my face with Your glory! I pray that You would be true in my life! I love You and there’s NONE like You Jesus! I hunger for You! Come fill my life – come overwhelm me! In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.”
